After working in different hotline services, I joined the IRIUM Group in 2007.
My position consists in supporting the clients when they encounter difficulties in order to solve their problems as soon as possible. To practise this profession, it is necessary to be service-minded. To my mind, the most important qualities are the ability to listen and the availability towards the client.
