IRIUM Software Deutschland was at the agricultural machinery exhibition in Hanover: AGRITECHNICA. This show has become the largest meeting place for the agricultural machinery sector in Europe. IRIUM Software has been participating through its German subsidiary for a long time.
This year again, many visits to the stand, mainly German, but also French, as more and more dealers make the trip to Germany, often invited by the manufacturers that takes advantage of the show to gather and motivate its European dealer network.
Our German team presented some new features for iEnterprise:
The new tickets module, which allows users to record a customer's complaint about an equipment, a repair order, an invoice, a parts delivery, etc. This ticket tracking, so common in the IT world, is very convenient for a dealer who wants to reduce the exchange of emails between different departments about a customer's complaint. This makes it easier to know the status of the customer's complaint and can even automatically notify a manager if it becomes too long.
The other new feature presented was the new version of iMob Service, the mobile application for itinerant mechanics. This new version, available in the stores since 01/10, includes important new features such as a new google-style search bar to make it easier to find your interventions, as well as screen and field customization features, which are very useful to better match each dealer's particular processes.
These new products were particularly well received by customers and the business press, further confirming IRIUM Software's technological lead in its market.
